政府推出「安心出行」流動應用程式

感染風險通知「安心出行」流動應用程式（LeaveHomeSafe），旨在鼓勵市民養成記錄出行的習慣，有助減低病毒進一步擴散的風險，利用科技支援抗疫，同心守護香港。「安心出行」流動應用程式由十一月十六日起可供市民下載使用。目前已有超過6 000個公私營場地率先參與計劃，以及在全港18 000多部的士可以直接使用「安心出行」流動應用程式。政府正積極邀請並歡迎更多業界及商戶加入，共同為香港疫情防控工作出一分力。

「安心出行」流動應用程式由政府資訊科技總監辦公室統籌開發，特點是自願參與、自主作記錄，以電子方式便利市民更有效準確記錄自己進出不同場所的日期與時間。程式簡單易用，用戶免費下載流動應用程式後，在進入參與計劃的場所時，可透過掃描「安心出行」場所二維碼，記錄到達時間，離開時只要按應用程式內的「離開」按鈕，相關記錄便會儲存在用戶流動電話的應用程式內。當個別參與場所出現確診個案，如用戶曾與確診者於相若時間到訪有關場所，應用程式便會向用戶發出通知及健康建議，從而增強市民的警覺性。

「安心出行」流動應用程式以保障個人私隱為原則，用戶無須登記，亦不會使用流動電話內的定位功能或其他資料。詳情請參閱「安心出行」網站（www.leavehomesafe.gov.hk）或新聞公報

Launch of “LeaveHomeSafe” COVID-19 exposure notification mobile app

Tapping technology to combat the pandemic, the “LeaveHomeSafe” COVID-19 exposure notification mobile app aims to encourage the public to keep a more precise record of their whereabouts, minimising the risk of further transmission of the virus and protect Hong Kong together. The ”LeaveHomeSafe” mobile app will be available for public download from November 16. There are currently over 6 000 public and private venues that have pledged support for the scheme. The mobile app can also be used directly in over 18 000 taxis. The Government has been actively engaging with trades and businesses, and would welcome more sectors to participate in the scheme and contribute to the epidemic prevention and control work in Hong Kong.

Development of the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile app is led by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer. Characterised by voluntary participation and recording visits at users’ discretion, it is a digital tool to record accurately the date and time for checking into and leaving different venues. The app is easy to use and can be downloaded for free. App users can check into venues by scanning the venue QR code to log their arrival time and clicking the “Leave” button in the app to mark their departure. Relevant data will then be kept in the app inside the user’s mobile phone. If a confirmed case is later discovered at a participating venue, the app will notify users who have visited the same venue as the COVID-19 confirmed case at around the same time together with health advice to enhance their vigilance.

The “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile app upholds the principle of protecting personal data privacy, and user registration is not required.
